SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE - Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-07 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
Analyzing program activities and delivering presentations or reports on review findings and recommendations; Modifying administrative processes to increase productivity and efficiency; Assisting in the development of work methods, management processes, and procedures for administrative support functions; and Requesting and securing goods, services and personnel to support program activities. (Experience must be reflected in resume.) OR EDUCATION - Possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field of study directly related to the position that provided the knowledge, skills abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. (Must submit a copy of your transcripts.) OR COMBINATION - Possess a combination of graduate level education and specialized experience as described above. Only graduate education in excess of one year (i.e., 18 semester hours) may be combined with experience under this standard. (Must submit a copy of your transcripts and experience must be reflected in resume.) TRANSCRIPTS are required if:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
