Summary:
To provide compliance services and training programs both within and outside the organization under the direction of the Training Manager.
The programs include but are not limited to OSHA regulations, EPA, DOT, USCG, DHS, TSA, and local regulatory requirements.
Experience in OSHA, HAZWOPER CSE & CSR training required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Facilitate and deliver established training programs for our existing workforce, newly hired workers, and external clients via in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments Provide compliance services such as development, update, and submission of health & safety plans, audits, and inspections Facilitate emergency response exercises, drills, and safety demonstrations Perform safety equipment sizing and fit testing Develop, customize, and update training materials, presentations, and exercises Coordinate training activities and calendar, schedule travel, interact with clients Qualification/Requirements:
Superior presentation and communication skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, others) Experience in leading groups via teleconference platforms (Webex, Zoom, etc.
) Hazwaper40, Confined space training.
Excellent project and time management capabilities A reliable, responsible team player; takes ownership of outcomes Exemplify consistent professionalism, good humor, ethical behavior, and integrity Excellent leadership skills; good public speaker at ease moderating large groups Good organizer, thorough and meticulous Ability to travel on a regular basis (approx.
30%) between MEG sites and client sites Education/Training/
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience presenting and facilitating multiple interactive training programs Bachelor's Degree, M.
S.
a plus, or a considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience with specialized certifications Technical ability preferred (laptop, A/V, teleconference, and presentation applications) Physical Demands:
